SKI BUYING TIPS![]() RENTING If you are renting make sure your equipment suits you and do not be concerned about taking either the skis or boots back if you are not happy. So often skiers struggle with equipment which is not suitable and think it is their bad skiing. Boots Despite what people say boots should be comfortable. They should be tight to ensure whatever your foot does in the boot is transferred efficiently to the ski. However you should not get cramp or be in agony. Some days they feel worse than others and that may be the temperature so the trick is to relax and just let the boots warm up.
